Fees: a new consultation is £300 and a follow-up £225, with a scan in clinic £200 more. Operations are quoted by the hospital as a fixed price before you decide. Fees and insurance

Insurance: I am recognised by Allianz Partners, Aviva, AXA Health, Bupa (fee-assured), Bupa Global, Cigna, Exeter Family Friendly, Healix, VitalityHealth and WPA. Check whether your insurer needs a GP referral, and obtain a pre-authorisation number before booking. If you are paying for yourself, you can book directly. The CRP Clinic takes Bupa and self-pay patients only.

St Anthony's, Ashtead and Parkside show my available dates and let you book online, insured or paying for yourself. The CRP Clinic takes bookings through its own contact page. Each button opens the hospital's website in a new tab.

What happens next

From booking to your letter

  1. Choose a date

Book online at St Anthony's, Ashtead and Parkside, or get in touch with Helen, my practice manager, who will book for you.

  2. Before you come

The hospital confirms your appointment. If you have insurance, have your pre-authorisation number ready. Send any scan reports beforehand and I will read them in advance.

  3. Your consultation

About 30 minutes, unhurried. At Parkside and the CRP Clinic I can scan you at the same visit, so we can usually discuss what it shows there and then.

  4. A detailed letter

A detailed letter swiftly after your consultation, setting out what we discussed and my recommendation. The decision stays with you.

Please keep this brief and do not include detailed medical information. Helen will contact you, and if you need to send reports or scans she will give you a secure link to upload them.

Your enquiry is sent by email to Helen Wood, my practice manager, and kept in the practice's email system; nothing is kept on this website itself. We use your details only to reply to you and arrange your appointment. Sending an enquiry does not book an appointment: Helen will contact you to arrange one.
