Endometriosis

Every stage, including deep disease of the bowel, bladder and ureters, with a multidisciplinary team when a case calls for it.
Fibroids

Large and complex fibroids and robotic myomectomy, with every option set out.
Adenomyosis

A common cause of heavy, painful periods, diagnosed by specialist ultrasound, with every reasonable option set out.
Asherman's syndrome

Scar tissue inside the womb (intrauterine adhesions), divided by hysteroscopy with ultrasound guidance.
Caesarean scar niche

A pouch in the caesarean scar that can cause spotting, pain or difficulty conceiving.
Fertility and miscarriage surgery

Septum, polyps, fibroids, adhesions and tubal surgery when miscarriage or failed transfers may have a structural cause.
Ovarian cysts

Scans, monitoring and keyhole removal of cysts, including endometriomas and dermoid cysts, protecting the ovary wherever possible.
Bleeding after the menopause

Spotting or bleeding after the menopause, checked by scan and, when needed, hysteroscopy.

Robotic and keyhole surgery

Laparoscopic and da Vinci surgery for hysterectomy, myomectomy and endometriosis, through small incisions.
Hysteroscopy

Looking inside the womb and treating polyps, fibroids, septum, adhesions and niche, with no incisions.
Fertility treatment and IVF

Investigations for both partners, ovulation induction, IUI and IVF at the CRP Clinic, a satellite clinic of King's Fertility.
Hysterectomy

Removing the womb by keyhole or robotic surgery, with the alternatives and choices explained.
Prolapse surgery

Treatment without surgery first, then keyhole operations to support the womb or the top of the vagina, and repairs of the vaginal walls.
